One of the areas I genuinely enjoy is vision and strategy work. I help leadership align direction, priorities and the way strategy should show up in day-to-day operations. That usually also means setting up or redefining processes, so the strategy does not stay in a deck but becomes visible in how the company actually works.

I coach and mentor clients as part of this work. Sometimes that means individuals, sometimes managers and sometimes whole teams. Usually at the moment when they need not only experience, but also someone who can help them think things through, name them clearly and turn them into concrete steps.

I have also led workshops focused on culture and values. Most often in situations where a company felt a growing gap between what it says outwardly and how it actually works inside. I help close that gap so culture is not just a slogan on the wall, but something people can feel in daily operations.
